Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location or designated carrier point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
